By projecting a tight "beam" of air through a room, this lightweight, portable heater gently blankets the entire room in warmth. The vortex-action beam forces air toward the perimeter of the room, and so heats the entire room, floor to ceiling, from wall to wall. Quiet and compact, measuring only 12 inches high, the furnace, 12 cm wide and 10 inches deep. Two heating power supply (1,500 watts on high, 750 watts on low) and a variable heat control precise temperature control. Two fans settings allow the choice between continuous operation or by bike on and off the heating element through a thermostat that automatically lowers the heating on and off is controlled to maintain a selected temperature. All controls are mounted on the heater top for easy access.
Several features ensure security: a heating element attached nonglowing to nonflammable mica, automatic shut-off if the unit tips over or overheats, and a cool-touch housing. Because the heating has angled openings, it can be placed with its back close to the wall.
